Ruter Flexes his Muscle

Ryan Ruter has shown he has what it takes to win in IMCA. After scoring at Webster City a week earlier and running up front at Hancock Friday night Ruter drove to victory lane Sunday night at I-35 Speedway in Mason City to secure his 2nd win for the season.
