Ryan Ruter Racing scored again Thursday night. Just 4 days after winning the IMCA A-mod feature at Mason City, Ruter takes to the dirt at Webster City for the rain delayed Hawkeye Dirt Tour event and pushed his Sidebiter/Sput's machine to another win.
